With an extraordinary 39-year career at EY, João brings a wealth of global experience, having worked across Europe and Southern Africa with family-owned enterprises and multinational corporations.

José Maria combines a sharp analytical mindset with solid financial expertise to deliver value-driven insights and identify strategic opportunities across a dynamic investment landscape.

João is Managing Partner at Beresford Capital, CEO and Founder of WWS Wines, and Investment Partner at Alcral AG, Switzerland. He has extensive international experience in leadership roles across investment, finance, management, and business development.

With a long career as a manager of “C-level” companies in various sectors of activity, in recent years he has stood out in the areas of renewable energy and the environment.

Alexandra Ataíde is a highly experienced office manager with more than 30 years of experience in major banking institutions.

Experienced Chairman and Board Member with an established track record of working within the private equity, (Actis) venture capital (XPV Water Partners) and investment management industry (Jupiter) . 

Duarte combines a strong academic foundation and hands-on experience in investment banking and financial advisory, combining technical rigor with an entrepreneurial mindset.​
